Can guests order in Spanish or Arabic?

Yes. Guests chat in Spanish, Arabic or English, and your staff receive a clear ticket with the dish and options as named on your menu.

What does the same order look like in three languages?

At fictional Casa Olivo, Grilled Chicken comes with a choice of Rice or Fries. Below, three guests ask the same menu question in English, Spanish and Arabic. Smart Waiter answers in each guest's language, offers the side choices and helps them review their order. Each guest chooses fries and confirms using the order card.

What language does the staff ticket use?

The English staff screen shows the dish and option names on your menu, alongside the quantity and table. The Arabic staff screen uses your saved Arabic names when available and your menu's other names when they are missing. Your team can read the order in the screen language they use during service.

Good to know: guest notes appear as written; the staff screen does not translate them. A preparation note appears below the dish's options. During your demo, try a note your guests would use and agree who will clarify it if needed.

Are the guest’s buttons also in Spanish?

Guest screen buttons are in English or Arabic; the chat answers in Spanish too. Guests can ask about a dish, choose a side and discuss their order in the chat language they prefer. They review the dish and options on the order card before tapping Confirm to send it.

Where does a person still help?

Your team confirms the first order at a table, prepares the food and handles service. Guests can call a waiter from their phone whenever they need personal help. A staff member can also reject an order the restaurant cannot take.

Ingredient and allergen answers come from your menu; missing information goes to staff. Allergy safety must be checked with your team.

What should you try with your own menu?

Choose a popular dish with a side or another menu option. Ask the same question in the languages your guests use, choose an option and read the ticket with your team. Follow it from the guest's confirmation to the kitchen screen. You will see how multilingual ordering fits your dining room, using the food you actually serve.
